Back off from 60% of sales back to 30%? Count my vote as a big, fat NO!

Even if you opt for PPD instead, do you want to give up counting downloads from all countries, counting downloads from premium members and then go back to download rates that were about half what they are now?

I'm guessing the majority of members - PPS and PPD alike - prefer the new plans.

Now if you want to push FS to run a promotion.....hey, count me in. We haven't had one since July and were promised a big one after the changeover. (No pressure, Hish. I know you are holding off to insure stability. A very smart decision on your part.)

I havent cheat in anyway, but if there is a problem you could send an email to say so, instead of remove the account !!

It was the last time im working with this website, which is clearly not professional.
Even though i will earn less,i'll come back to HOTFiLE/FiLESERVE. They are reliable and dont screw up every day with FTP/Stats/payment

Why is the download speed so extremely slow?
I can only imagine that people will most likely not want to download a file over
500mb since a file with 19mb took 15 minutes...
I got 100mb internet.

 

I tried some of my files and I always Download Error (7008).
Perhaps the new code does not work well!

 

Yeah.....trigger HF's or FSrv's fraud flags and see how "professional" they are. Not to be overly harsh, but there are better ways to make you case if you mistakenly ended up on the list. Those who go the rooster route, huffing and puffing as you did, are usually the guilty ones overcompensating for being caught. If you don't want to appear in such company, I suggest you start by making your case calmly and privately to one of the support staff who are regularly here.

 

I think many people would agree with you on the 60% AND on the promo

Okay guys, this is my 2sd weeks at filesonic. I bought a premium straight from the start.

Now, since 2 hours my account is suddenly locked. Can't logging anymore, can't upload anymore. I don't get it. In the setting tab my email is followed by a *fraudcontrol* just the day I as going to be paid.

What's happening guys?

 

This is what i mean: Filesonic had quite a few problems recently with FTP, remote uploads, etc.. and seems to beta-test its service. It is clearly not professional considering we PAY for this service. Moreover, now for my first payment with them, my account seem to be blocked for some reason.
I don't overcompensate anything, i haven't cheated in any way, and I never had any problem with any other file sharing service.
I understand they have to do some verification before to pay, but they could at least keep the account available while they do so.

I'm just upset cause i gave them time to fix problem with FTP, remote upload etc.. when FTP finaly seem to be okay, now they block me for no reason.

 

I logged out (of premium) and started download of my files as free user and canceled after download started. I did this with 5 files from different servers. I did not wait for file to complete. Looked OK to me. Canceling and starting from other hosts sometimes confuses the server into thinking you are already downloading a free file. That's about all I can say.

First, only those who chose to pay do so. Second, my $5 monthly premium dues pale when compared to what I a get back not only financial, but in services from FileSonic. Yours is a silly argument.

So you say, but then again most of the folk caught cheating who posted here initially said the same thing. There was even one ballsy guy who finally gave up on this denials only to offer to sell his services as an agent to rout out other cheaters. Simply put, you're not going to do anything by arguing the point here. Contact Hish ar FS directly and make your appeal to them. They have the access to your account, not me.

Not for no reason. They blocked you for fraud. If you can make your case, make it with them, they'll listen. If you cannot make your case, continue posting here. At least you can state your innocence in posts without backing it up, right?

many files remote uploaded disappear... in RU panel when I get 100% completed some files appear into my file manager and some others no... I uploaded many of them 6-7 hours ago and they don't appear yet into my file manager, I suppose I lost them
