    There is no yahoo publisher program. It was discontinued months ago - and was a total disaster anyway.

    No, it was a horrible failure and Yahoo turned over its ad business to MSN. MSN has a publisher program, but it is only for US Residents (like Yahoo's was) and they are not accepting any new publishers. The MSN publisher has potential, but the payouts are way less than with adsense because they don't have anywhere near the number of advertisers.

    YPN is flop it only allows US residents to join and it doesn't approve any accounts from outsiders

    There is nothing like keeping up with what is going on and an easy way to do that is to read the posts that are already here... stating about a billion time that YPN is gone for the little guy. They only want mega publishers.

    And if you are one of those you just pick up the phone and make the call.

    I think Yahoo Publisher only accept applicants from the United States. Those from other countries are not allowed to join. It's still under development.
