$100 voucher are not working but $50 vouchers are working correctly in some countries

I recently sold a $100 voucher to one of my regular customers.
He has been buying $50 and $65 vouchers from me since a long time without any problem.
Today when he bought $100 voucher for the first time, reported that it is giving following error.

Sorry, your account is too old to redeem this voucher.

Now, his account is not actually too old, and same account later worked nice for $50 adwords voucher.
Do anyone else face the same issue ? Any solution?

 

My client too faced the same problem! His acc is 1 day old, and he is from Poland!

My codes havent worked either, I am in the UK,using a brand new account.

 

I have figured out that probably there is some problem is $100 vouchers. Because $50 vouchers worked fine in the same account.

means I tried $100 vohcers first, when no voucher was redeemed.

 

I got $100 incentive from google and still not use it yet.

 

$100 coupons have certain restrictions. Did the same coupon work for someone else later?

 

Yes. they did work later in another account in india

 

Many others strange things are happening in adwords accounts all over the world.

Is this only applicable for new google accounts or can i buy vouchers and use them on a 5 month old adwords account?
