You haven't lived long enough on this planet if you wholeheartedly trust the government and what it says...

Breeze, look at the man-made global warming hoax. All the Western governments firmly push that crap.

When hasn't America been struggling economically? Watch shows from two decades ago that talk about the same thing, complaining about oil prices and media and all the same issues that we have going on now. Worst case of social amnesia ever.

During the 18th and 19th Century when the constitution was still supreme law, precious metals supported the dollar and there wasn't a parasitic, unchartered, privately owned central bank.

Don't you wish sometimes you could jump in a time machine? :)

    The proper vernacular is "TEETERING".

The NBER is made up of primarily liberal democrat economists. I cited a source a few posts back. I suggest you spend some time reading it.

Things are better Breeze, you're right. Only 465,000 new jobless claims this month. Things are just stellar!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

This is from two years ago. LINK

The politicians are thinking about giving their constituents some of their money back, 30 billion of it. Someone named Jade West had their thinking cap on...and said; "It won't do any good. Business doesn't need credit — business needs customers". Those customers need jobs for money to buy things. The job situation is going down the tubes at the rate of around half a million a month. Do you see it ? It has come to the point to where the politicians can hand out easy credit, and it is useless to solve a problem. Easy money ! .... and it no longer works.

Funny that 1000 days ago no one believed in a depression . And no one imagined that another worldwide disaster can strike . But here we are still hoping for a comeback to normality .

It's going to get a lot worse too Apocalypse. We're going to have to fight for normality.

The basic rule of money says that they're provided in exchange for good and services . But we might be need to go to option 3 - take them . We've thrown so much money around the world that our economies are in pain because of it . China and the Middle East , SE Asia . All those economies are built on our money .

We control cash flow of the world whit our banking systems but you can already hear that big banks like HSBC that want to relocate to Hong Kong . Such thing must not be allowed to happen .

Hopefully something good will come out from the yuan dispute . China is altering it's economy to make it competitive and to siphon cash from your wallet . This stupidity must be brought to a halt .... before it's to late

You gave China and the Middle East , SE Asia your money for free? Or did they steal it from you?

Stupid..thats like saying lets "take" our money back from Walmart after buying your groceries. Don't even know what to tell you!

Only countries we need to just go an "take" money from are European countries who literally stole the worlds wealth in the last 3 centuries. Savages.

Our own bureaucrats stole our money then gave it to globalists and foreign economies. We need to take our rights and countries back first.

Actually many of us did. That's why we urged people not to vote for Obama.

Couldn't agree more, even though I am a fan of globalization. We should be sending work overseas and let the free market set the wage, so long as the workers and business in foreign lands comply with all of the same laws domestic businesses do. This includes payroll taxes, health insurance mandates, minimum wage, workers compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, social security withholding, overtime pay, holidays, vacation days, hostile work environment laws, sexual harassment laws, etc, etc, etc. I think you'd be amazed at how much work would stay right here in the US.

I was referring to the tigers & dragons not Vietnam , Indonesia , Thailand or Malaysia .

Europe was mostly fubar after WWII and economy was rebuilt due to innovation and modernization on all levels of the society . Even Spain that sat until the '70 on it's colonial gold had to modernize in order to survive . The latest boost came by the unification of the currency and we're still riding that train .

Yes the UK needs a revolution . Perhaps even a new form of government :p . C'mon BRUm are you gonna beat or hang Mike Whitby cuz he's a bureaucrat ?

The oddity of the present economic condition in the US is that the appropriate remedies to solve the maleficences of the previous Administration have been legislated and are working, but the Republicans and TP reactionaries are using the very upheavals of their own making to convince its victims the present Administration that is solving their problems is doing so at their expense when it is the reactionaries themselves who are being deservedly beaten and are unable to accept properly their fate for their own mismanagement......history will prove the better.

What administration are you talking about specifically? You do realize that the democrats have been in charge the last two years of this administration and the last 2 years of the previous one?

Seems the administration you are complaining about is not the one you thought it was. ;)

    That is all one sentence.

Breeze, can you explain what you've just written? Which administration? At whose "expense"? Who are the reactionaries? History will prove what? Are you finally blaming Obama?

Breeze, how old are you? What do you do for a living?

Can you prove to us, once and for all, that you have any idea, or the faintest clue, what you are writing about? Or is this just more empty rhetoric?

Again Mia, where is your leader George Bush....no where to be found - not campaigning - the proxy TP Republican. Hiding or just not caring after a meaningless war and economic deprecation what more is there to accomplish?

Corwin, have you found your weapons yet, for the Iraqi people, or just lying you are still looking for them......your Christianity is showing through, get a life, renounce your Christianity and give yourself a chance.

If not the American people, History will have the simplest of tasks in the recording of the most bazaar, self destructive and politically inspired dismantling of a nations heritage and well being than the previous pub Administration.

Uh, George Bush doesn't need to campaign because he's not running for anything.

Breeze, how old are you? What do you do for a living?

Ah, so we now know that Breeze is a Christian bigot that does not believe in religious freedom. Let's all remember this.

Breeze, how old are you? What do you do for a living?

    Whaaaaa????

Breeze, how old are you? Tell us what you do for a living.

What do you expect to gain by asking where Bush is, Breeze? He's safely tucked away after helping damage the free-world, just like Obama will be when he is replaced and every other president has been for the past hundred years.
