You might get more for it if you letterboxed a bunch of lawyers offering to sell them the domain :)

No no, do not sell the domain. they wont buy it because they have no use of it. You must make a contract with them to provide them leads for commissions.

I agree with the majority of posters here. This is a very good domain, with great keywords. The are hundreds of millions of searches on on both the terms and good be a great traffic giant.

Personally, I feel that on the domainers market you will get around the mid to high $XXX for the domain. (This is one domain I will rather not be selling in this market)

An end-buyer, perhaps an asbestos attorney, may fetch at least mid to high $XXXX for the domain.

Another option, which I probably would have done, is to look at building some directory of attorneys specializing in asbestos-related cases. Offer them additional services, such as some form of hosting, advertising, e-mail, etc.

Growing the domain into a full-fledge and busy website, may raise the domains' value tremendously.

thanks 2 both of you, yeah im not in any rush to sell the site/ domain, i am just looking for feedback, i got my seo team working on about 25 top keywords that are all ranking in top 10 pages of google, and hope next few months most will hit page one.

But thanks RAIN for taking long time to write much info that gave me some ideas as well,

this site is kinda a long term investment for me :)

I see that the name was registered recently.. Was the domain registered before or is it a brand new one? You did good job getting it out there. I'm personally not a big fan of the+domain name. i do have one myself and I'm hoping one day the exact the+name become an actual company name or concept like "The UPS store".
When it come to lawyers domain names it's kind of a mess. I see all kind of possible combinations and I think that these domain names are hot, lawyers are spending money on the net and especially SEO.
Contact related lawyers, some might show interest. Let them make an offer and hope for xxxx.. low or high my suggestion is to sell. I think lawyers don't know much about good domain names value, they rather spend money on SEO of: (expl) DonnerGordonJacksonLaw dot com than buying a decent domain name for $$. I'm sure there's exceptions and others hire professional consultants to guide them through their global internet marketing strategy.

    Good luck

Yes the domain is new about a month old, I am doing major SEO on it, as this is more for investment for me, once i got the top 25 keywords on page one of google then ill sell it, but yeah lawyers are spending much money, and yes they do buy some domains that look a total mess and very long domains,

but anyhow thanks for your advice,
