hey, what's the download limit and speed for premuim users ?

 

been telling them to concentrate on server uptime but they keep on concentrating on ftp/ru, "NEW FILES ARE USELESS IF CAN NOT BE DOWNLOADED"

how many post regarding server down but they not concentrating on then, they just reboot reboot reboot. find the rootcause and make countermeasures and if it fix the problem then implement to all the servers. your wasting a lot of premium sales by concentrating on the wrong side of the problem.

give us linkchecker so we can check our files before posting, it so difficult to check our links 1 by 1 waiting for the 10mins and be routed to dead servers. im tired of replying to complains telling them to try downloading the files later

It all depends on how many people are there...

Premium user speed is unlimited.. can be 800 kb/s, can be 3mb/s.... For free, it ranges around 200 kb/s

Filesonic Just Cannot Deliver What They Promise

I bought a premium account at the beginning of August, nothing but problems, dead links, non existent links, had to logon on almost every download, etc. etc.

Sent a message to support explaining my difficulties

I guess they were too busy trying to find new customers to rip-off

They never answered

Opinion: They don't know what they're doing, consequently, I never renewed

 

According Remote Uploading on master13.filesonic.com, i only tested RU from Filesonic and it works great, i didnt even have to convert links to user: pass@www. standard( it would be painfull to add this in front of each link while loading 10+), just loaded 20 links, and it was instant.

 

Cant upload anything from my pc

Your payout was put on hold by the fraud control department. They are asking you to provide examples of where you share your links.

The reason is that these days many people are using bots.

this is what im telling you, you lost the potential premium renewal because of dead links, dead servers, non exixtent links. i have read so many of these comments from my downloaders. everyday there will be premium accounts to expire to everyday no one will renew bec of these dead servers and dead links. you can check the ratio of renewals and non renewals from there you'll know what is the real problem here
