Why would adsense reject this website? can't work out why

My friends website http://www.buy-snacks-online.com applied for adsense but was rejected. How can we get them to review? Is their anything on the website that should not be there?

I,m newbies here. My application also got rejected. Google told my blog content is unacceptable content. Any have idea about it ? My blog url is http://mybartermoney.blogspot.com/.

 

@Carswell. OK read Googles terms of service. You need a PRIVACY POLICY. Now that was easy wasn't it.

Try to make a content website .. not a product selling one ..
If you get accepted, then you can put ads on this website ..

 

just create another website, make it look nice and then get that website approved and use the ads on that site to this site
