Cubics ads are getting delayed?

I paid cubics.com for CPM.

Its more than 48 hours and no change in the ads and no views also.

very slow.

Any one else experiencing the same issue?

 

Usually it takes around 2-3 working days when I advertised there (it was 2 years ago).

 

It is more than 5 days now.

I raised 2 tickets which is also not answered.

The damn worst network for advertising.

 

You never received any traffic to your campaign because your ad was denied. We do not allow ads for work from home programs. The majority of our traffic comes from facebook applications, so we have to abide to their ad guidelines, which outlaw advertising for those types of offers.

We claim responsibility for not communicating this to you earlier, and are putting in place systems to provide reasons for ad denial, but next time please check the status of your ads before posting inflammatory remarks about our network.

 

But I think there is a bug in your network then , since when I select active ads it is showing the ads to me with no traffic.

If it is denied it should be showing some changes to it.

Any how I dont think i can make money with it.

Please refund my money. I will try some other networks where they allow it.

 

And the message was communicated to me only by today after 5 days after creating the ads and only by raising 2 tickets. If the ads are denied it should have triggered a email.

Do you expect people to send money and should not share the experience in the webmaster forums?

Hoping you increase the communication with the advertisers and publishers would be great.

Yes I will update when I get a refund from him.

I have sent out a PM to him . Hoping he will respond ..But I dont know how much time they are going to delay it . Hoping a quick service from them.

This is what I got from them

your campaign did not run because your ad was denied. since facebook accounts for the majority of our traffic, we have to adhere to their ad guidelines, which state that work from home programs cannot be advertised on facebook.

we will gladly refund your money.

But again for coming to conclusion it takes a week time. It would be great if the communication is good.
