No, China is the world biggest manufacturing country, more than 50% of the product are from China, including those world class brand product. However, i will only say there are many low quality product which is cheap. And we cant expert to get quality product with cheap price, right?
Not forgetting that there are many factors that allow a lot of items made in China to be sold cheap so not all are simply bad qualities. There are many products of big brands that a made in China now so quality control is more of the brand not just where its made.

Who gives a dam about cheap if the things that you buy kill you . It won't be useful to you if you're dead or crippled . One of my friend bought a pair of Nike Porsche design . He payed 100 something dollars for them and they lasted for two weeks and gave him a lovely feet mushroom . The treatment was more expensive then the shoes .
