    You will get a better idea in sites for sale section and domains for sale section. watch the activity for few minutes daily and note down the prices of successful rates.

    if your website is good which can attract a lot of traffic eventually you r pr will increase. A raw domain name does not come with a pr; one has to work hard to get a pr for there website
