I was honored! You felt threatened enough by my message to make me famous on your blog. Thank you! That's the kindest thing a muslim has ever done for me and it was the kindness of your heart that took the first step.

Perhaps next you can work on my own personal fatwa?

"Death to America, Israel and GTech!"

Was giving you the benefit of the doubt.

"Death to America, Death to Israel, behead GTech."

    There, that's more accurate ;)

What reason do I have to behead you? You are just an ignorant loudmouth.

So you need a reason before you can behead someone? I didn't realize there were criteria to justify beheadings.

Fine. In the mean time, do tell me if "insulting mohammad" or "insulting islam" is grounds for death. Yes or no.

While you are at, do you support or not support this notion:

That would be dependent upon the gravity of the crime.

I do not follow that discussion and I could not understand what the issue is about. Seems perfectly alright to me though.

So, you find it okay and acceptable to murder people who do not believe in any god? Is that your position?

Situation. I go out and draw mohammad in a newspaper or go and shout mohammad is a piece of crap. Death? Yes or no?

Very classy! Ask me for a reason, I respond with what justification there could be and:

I believe the context was in a war position. But I will look into it.

    No. Prison will suffice.

So you, are opposed to the freedom of speech, then? Your "islamic state" needs to have harsh restrictions on what people can say or write. correct?

You find a prison sentence normal for saying that? You think this is civilized?

Context is included there. But fine, research it.

So, we have (yet another islamist) on record as saying
1- Kill people who do not believe in god
2- imprison (or kill) those that insult islam or mohammad.
3- that they are against freedom of speech

Blasphemy and sedition are not covered under the context of "freedom of speech".

People go to prison for libel every day. That is not normal?

Well step right up to GTech's comsmetic counter!

Have you thought about plucking the unibrow?

Also, it seems you are in need of some exfoliation. I would also recommend some Noxema at night, before going to bed ;)

Stating opinion is not libel. Saying something deliberately untrue or passing false information. I can say any opinion I want; but when I try to state is a fact, that's when you got a problem. Saying "mohammad is a piece of crap" is obviously an opinion, and thus, not libelous. Since mohammad is not a real person (forget the religious diatribe, you know what I mean), it is impossible to libel him.

Making a cartoon of mohammad is not libel, either. It is, at least, artistic expression and thus free speech. Whether you like it or not. It may or may not offend you; that does not enter into the equation.

anyways, I believe libel is a civil matter (not criminal), so the normal punishment is paying money to the person that was the victim. At no point, does losing one's life come into it.

Sure they are. In a free country. We have whole segments of people in America who are blasphemous to a christian god. Are they killed or thrown in jail? no. why? we are civilized.

Islam does not ascribe to such hypocritical standards. Its either you commit libel and sedition against a religious figure or a figure revered in the state, or you do not.

Never said that you should lose one's life because of libel/sedition against the Prophet. Then again, it depends on the gravity of the crime.

Under an Islamic administration, no religion is allowed to insult the other. It is just not right. That should be distinguished from intellectual discourse and valid criticism of a religious belief system.

So, in short, your answer is, "Yes, I am against the freedom of speech"

Well, I do know that death is an option, so you don't have to say it if you are ashamed of it. ;)

Taken with everything else you've admitted to today, I think everyone can see where you come from. Thanks for that. ;)
