Hello Everyone, I recently verified my paypal account using bank account. But i cannot buy anything bcoz paypal always take to link card page when i try to buy product or service. Skip button also does not work as well and it says it is req. for transaction. Plz Help.
Did you try withdrawing funds from bank so you have enough balance,instead of paying with your card? just a thought.
May be the product you wanna buy requires cc for verification. And if its like that then you will have to add a cc to buy that product.
For India you better use Alertpay it process most debit cards ( IOB) paypal needs ur card to charge it if there any charge back which cannot by done by using bank account
Indians can't add funds from indian bank account to their indian paypal account. You can fund your indian paypal account only using valid CC. DON.
This happens because you dont have enough balance or your purchase amount is very close to your account balance....
Actually this guy is buying service/goods from the website where cc linked to paypal is necessary. for example you can buy domain from Name.com or Namecheap.com with your paypal account linked with bank (the verified account). but you can not buy domain from Godaddy, because Godaddy needs your paypal account to be linked with your credit card. so the problem is not with Paypal, its with the website you are buying from.
