As long as they don't come from the same IP, you're cool.

Are you buying traffic? if so stop. You don't need search engines to make money online but you want to make sure your traffic comes from good sources. I have some sites that make money with adsense without any search engine traffic.

Traffic from referring site (not adsense) is a good one but when referring site delete your link it will affect your traffic.

It depends what are your referring sites.. If they are illegal websites then you will get into trouble otherwise there is no problem

If you are getting good traffice from referring sites, then it is good for your website as well as for your adsense account. No need to worry about it.

For site - no problem! Your adsense account can be banned if same visitors are clicking your ads time and time again.

If your referring sites would be a problem then we all could not use advertisements. The only what Google gets to check your site is if to many clicks comming from the same IP. You cant get also only unique IP clicks as many visitors come from shared IPs like I- net cafe or schools.
So all in one no worry if you don't to anything against the Google TOS.

What are you talking about? Do you mean to tell me that having your link on a site that's hosting illegal downloads or child pornography means that you'll get in trouble? If that's what you're really trying to say, then you're way off. You don't always get control of where your link is posted. You don't get in trouble for what another site does on its own site. You don't get in trouble for incoming links.
