    Get links from pages that have good Pagerank. If you want to speed the process look at paid links.

    PR gets updated slowly. Be patient, do a good job and your PR will be updated slowly but steadily.

    Don't worry I have worked hard on my site for a couple months and it is still pr0 too. Just keep building links and eventually you will achieve your goal.
