Godaddy doesn't unlock my account even I sent the document!

About a week ago I received an email from Godaddy fraud department :

I read the mail then I scanned my credit card and my passport and I sent them to their email address. Also I called the support more than 10 times but they didn't take a suitable action.
And about 3 days ago I received this email :

Well , I don't understand why my account is not eligible for reinstatement.
I had 9 domains in my accout and now all of them are free and available for registering.

What should I do now?

Your account being cancelled would not release domains that were already registered (unless you are saying the payment was for the domains).

A company is free to decline business if it wants. If your trying to buy new domains, simply use one of the thousand other domain registrars to buy them. If you already owned the domains you need to set up an account with another company and transfer the domains across to them. Subject to the TLD there may or may not be an additional fee for transfering them.

 

I forgot to say that. They have refunded all the costs to my credit card and because of that they have canceled all of my registered domains.

Of course Im agree with you but this kind of actions will effect on their reputation.

Go Daddy is Like PayPal, the assume power of attorney over your account and can do whatever they want at any time, with or without warning.

 

Yes, its called being a business. You can sell to who you want to or choose not to sell if you dont want someone as a customer.

Remember these are profit making giant organisations not a NGO agency set up to spread love for the internet
