It means you probably shouldn't spend money on half of those keywords with those CTR's.

It means thousands of people are seeing your ad and not so many care.

Is this from Google Webmaster tools? i.e. is this for your ORGANIC (free) listings?

If so, it means you're showing up on the search results but not being clicked on much at all... probably because you're not high enough up the page. Maybe you're result number 9 or 10 which means you'll hardly ever get clicked on, but you'll still be displayed when people search for "super mario" (for example)

I never advertise my website by using Google Adwords...?

Yes, this is from Webmaster Tools and this is my ORGANIC (free) listings.

These aren't the keywords I'm targeting, I just have a few posts about Mario on my website. I'm actually not targeting any specific keywords. I just blog for fun. I saw some big numbers so I decided to get other people's opinions.

But if you have clicks, you are promoting ads... probably with Adwords? (Mind you, you are displaying Adwords ads, not purchasing them). Those ads are displayed very often (around 60,000 times for all keywords, but are clicked on just around 200 times... that's just 0.3% click-through rate. Even if you just blog for fun, it's very low, I'd suggest that you try to increase your CTR.

No, these are just figures from Google Webmaster Tools... showing which search terms he's being DISPLAYED for... and which ones people are clicking through for.
