Have a few websites to sell... need advice as I haven't sold one for a few years

I feel like a noob again.

I'm looking for some advice NOT free advertising. I've got several sites that I own that I would like to sell. Here's what I need some collective wisdom for:

What's the best place to sell a Blog with an extended social network that is very deep locally?

What's the best place to sell a few niche web directories that have performed pretty well for keywords like eating disorder and bulimia?

Are sites like Flippa any good?

The only site to even really consider is flippa.com. They have a great network, and a trust system that works very well. I would highly recommend them!

 

Why you wanted to sell it?

For the blog,I suggest you sell it to your local businessman so that they can benefit from it.

 

I think you can use flippa for selling this one. However there is some charge but
you can use it over again for selling your other sites as well.

 

flippa is the best one. but if your web have huge traffic, you can make more money

 

Flippa is the way to go unless you know someone personally to sell to.
