i contact HitMan for verification proses. i uploaded files using a free premium membership that was not my paypal and the account for my affiliate is paypal so i want to transfer my download counts from non paypal to paypal
the thing amazed me if i upload in 10 parts downloaders have not any issue with all parts and as i research more i was loosing downloads due to 29minuts wait for second download on my previous network

Thanks for telling us we're just now improving upload slightly so there may be delays uploading for a short while. You should start to notice a slight improvement shortly

it increases your download count and no downloader hesitation there is no wait for next download more then 100 files a hour not sure but i think unlimited

popular101, Just select remote on the "select your file" panel and enter the URL

 

If you have a file link, just go to your upload page in your account and click Radio button "Remote" then enter your url and click upload.

I think your format is wrong, you simply need a download link of a file to remote upload. This type of format usually used for ftp upload.
