You're the owner and the one responsible of getting traffic . We have a review section . Put your forum up for a review there and you'll get quite a lot of suggestions .
I am no expert, but... I will try and give you a couple of ideas. Hire out a few people to make some posts. Join other forums and post there with the link back to your forum in your signature.

Mike224 i have look but 10 $ for one article is funny) i dont want to paid,but do it for divertiment,so for now i dont think to pay but to change something,and to post good think...also i need someone who help,becouse now we are in 3 and its difficult..to start is difficult maybe later will change something
this is a typical chicken egg problem many new forums undergo; initially you will need to popular your forum enough to have it self sustained before you get a constant flow of users

spread your link with social network. I agree with braane, hire some of your friends. sometimes post signature are effective way.
if you are trying to run a forum and you have no experience (since u posted this thread) , close it right away , tooo hard
