    thanks wont load for me even after running ccleaner I still keep getting 403 error

    yes, my used browser loads it for me correct. you may see it too in your own, uhm! didn't run in you? (laugh)..... maybe you'll need to work for it.

    Why would Your ISP dns be giving a 403 FORBIDDEN error ...

    That just don't make no sence...

    you other had a bad directory chmod or.... you were trying to drive traffic , /me shrugs
