Looks good from my end though I think the large webmagazine logo is TOTALLY unnecessary and as such should be removed. Loving the threaded comment feature too.

The logo can easily be removed. Just upload your own logo to the image folder of your theme. Name your new logo:customlogo.jpg, and overwrite the existing logo.(make sure you use a jpg image..)
the size for the logo is 100px high and 200px wide.
I would expect most webmasters using a self hosted wordpress version now how to upload via FTP...
For my next version I will use a image using the background color of the header so using logo will be optional.
I am also planning to make a logo up loader feature back-end to make the logo change easer..
I have just released an new version fixing som minor css stuff.

Uploading our own image still leaves us with wasted "above the fold" space that can be used for better things such as Ads. Think carefully about it ;-)

Looks ok, however, the RSS icon in the footer, might have better graphic, and not white background. Just an input, also it has lots of error in w3c.

The theme has no error i W3C. The errors comes from the ad scripts I use on the demo site...
Wordpress do not accept any themes with validation errors.
But anyone using some kind of widgets, plugins and ad scripts knows it will break the validation at a point..
It is Important that the theme is validating when it is installed, but keeping your website W3C valid is not that easy, and it is not necessary in my opinion. When it comes to logos it is supposed ot be replaced with your own logos. The logos in the theme is just for demonstration. It is really easy to change the big webmagazine logo. You just upload your own image from the back-end of your Wordpress panel. Wordpress even slice your image to fit the theme...

You can defend your logo all you want and give options to change etc...The fact is that the enormous logo (which contributes nothing to the site) takes up almost one third of your prime above fold screen space. Webmasters who know anything about user friendly design will not use it simply because of that.

Probably it is because of the widgets, plugins and scripts, this is why i don't use those plugins which cause W3C error.

Some people will think it is not necessary to validate the site, some people will think it is.

    Anyway, good luck! cheers :D

It is a theme based on the default TwentyTen Wordpress theme. I have kept the header image from this theme. I agree that the image is big(198px, as in the TwentyTen)..

I have modified the theme and removed the logo and header on this website:link building services
I can provide a download link to the modified theme if there is anyone her wanting the modified theme...
I can also add this modification as a child theme to the official webmagazine theme in a new submission to Wordpress..

That may be true, but how many people use TwentyTen for magazine websites? I think not many...

Anyway, the removal of the image is a big improvement..Now at least the most valuable screen space is taken up by the most important content which is what it should be!
