    I haven't generated a sale since about noon yesterday as well. There was a stretch of almost (3) days when I blanked this week but I let it slide, chalking up the unusual absence to downloaders avoiding FS. But, blanking on the weekend? Doesn't happen to me. My worst Sunday since the switch still netted me two sales. I'd tend to agree with you that the stats are frozen.

    When FileSonic states "We pay weekly, every Friday from the previous week" in their terms they mean the seven days prior to the point on Friday at which stats are frozen and earnings calculated. For example Friday Sept. 17th's payment was for earnings form the point at which earnings were calculated Sept.10th to the point at which earnings were calculated Sept. 17th. Next week's payment will include earnings from the point at which earnings were calculated Sept. 17th to the point at which earnings are calculated Sept. 24th.

    I´ve been following this thread since the beggining as I was interested in using Filesonic (considering they pay for all countries). Im´m happy to see things getting better.

    I think I found a bug related to Explorer & Downloads, that might help international users (with non-english systems).
    I uploaded a file vía FTP which has the "Ñ" letter in the name. This file was getting lots of downloads using another host, but almost none when I posted in Filesonic.
    So I decided to download the file myself and see what happens :
    - with Firefox 3.6.10, all was normal (after the captcha, download link was shown)
    - Explorer 8.0.600 : I couldn´t download the file. The page loaded, but after writing the captcha, I got a "System Error" popup from the page.

    So, being Explorer the most used browser (and Firefox was ok), there must be something wrong with IE. Sadly, basic users will just go away after seeing they cannot download the file and won´t even try with Firefox.

    Anyway, I tried a couple of solutions and some worked (ALL of them regarding Explorer) :

    - first tried using the link "without filename". Didn´t work
    - second, edit the filename in file manager (replaced "ñ" for "n") and used the original link posted in forums (which contains "ñ"). It didn´t work... so the posted links won´t work even if you correct filename in file manager.
    - third, edit the filename in file manager (replaced "ñ" for "n") and used the new generated link (same number but name without "ñ"). Worked !

    Being Explorer the most user browser and considering many international users are using this host, please try to reproduce this bug. If so, I know they will fix it soon.
    And if you want to avoid problems, try using "standard" english characters in filenames.

    Nothing new under the sun... Since Dec'94 in the RFC 1738, Tilde ("~") is flagged as unsafe character who present the possibility of being misunderstood within URLs for various reasons and should be encoded in ISO-Latin (code %7E)

    I know... But FS should do as other hosts and convert automatically all those flagged characters when you upload your files, right ? :)

    Yes they should... But users also should take care about that... personally i hate to have files with %xxxx%xxAAAA%xxx it's just horrible

    I started upload a week ago. It was to be my first payment:)

    Well if the fraud department said you're a cheater and Hish confirm it should be right...

    I'm working with them for a year now and never had any problems... and I always get paid on time...

    1) did you complete your payment information in your profile ?
    2) is you payable amount > 15 USD ?

    If yes you should contact Hish with your user id (email). May be your account has been flagged by fraud dept.
