Hello, I Am Rahul, I Am From India, Please Help Me How Can I Remove Limitation From PayPal Account, My Account Was Limited In Feb 2010' At That Time PayPal Asked Me Some Details In Resolution Center, I Solved 2 Questions Of Number And Security Questions, One Was Remaining Of Photo ID, That Time Was Not having Any Photo ID Proof, So I Left As It Is, After Some Time, When I Checked For PayPal To Restore Limitation There Were No Steps To Solve It And I Have Got Mail That You Can Now Withdraw Money From Paypal To Bank Account So I Googled It How Can I Restore Limitation Without Steps Visible On Resolution Center, I found That,If You Verify Your Account, Your Limitation Will Be Removed, So I Linked My Bank Account Last Week, With Limited Account, Currently I Haven't Confirmed My Bank Account, So, Can Some One Please Help Me, How Can I Lift Limitation, Please Help Me. My Current Paypal Status "- Account Type : Premier Account Status : Limited And Can Withdraw Amount To Bank Account. Verification Status : Linked Bank Account, They Have Sent Two Deposits But Not Yet Confirmed From My Side. Pan Card Status : Have No Pan Card, I Skip Pan Card Entry..Everytime.
I think it's better to withdraw money to your Bank account and close this account. Than re-open a new PayPal account. Also, If you want to keep this account active than better to call them and ask if there is any resolution available. also tell them you have got photo ID proof and utility bill/bank statement. PayPal guys are supportive so they can definitely help you on this.. Good Luck Bro!
I Can't Open A New PayPal Account, Because I Don't Have PAN Card, I Am UnderAge Of 18 Years, So I Have to keep this account,And I Called Them, They Said You Account Is Permanently Limited, So What Can I Do ? Should I Try To Verify PayPal And See, If Limitation Goes Off Or Not. ? Thanks For Helping
Better withdraw funds, leave this account and use a new account once you cross 18 years. Till then use a PayPal account with name of anybody in your family.
Limited paypal acc cannot add any cc or bank acc,until its 180 days limited withdraw funds and close the acc is the only option.
Your account is gone..just withdraw the funds and close it and create a new account whenever you have all the documents.
just wait 180days, to withdraw the remaining balance of your old paypal, then I think you better create a new account.
This account gone, better you create another paypal account by your family member as you are not 18. But i don't know how to withdraw the amount during the limitation period.If any one know please help me too.
