It means, that i can't make instant payment immediately. as soon as i see job done - i send ticket to my client, and he pays when it's suite for him. Fake reviews are not what the Joomla Open Source Community is about. I'd encourage you or your client to keep writting quality extensions and get valid feedback. For info - your LMS extension looks good. I'd be happy to write a formal review following a demo.
