Paypal don't accept all countries in countries list.
also in Paypal countries list not all countries are able to to receive and withdraw money,
    Look Here
    https://www.paypal.com/worldwide
some countries can send money only and can't receive and withdraw money,
    Paypal sucks,
why many people says only paypal??
why they are not using any other payment processor Alternative with paypal?
there are many other payment processors like,
Alertpay or Liberty Reserve or MoneyBookers or WebMoney or PerfectMoney.
I want to tell all people in the world to use other payment processor Alternative with paypal,
or to help us and contact Paypal, so Paypal can accept all countries.
When this proplem will be solved?
also vote for at least the best 2 payment processors e-currency from here
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1930269
everyone lets use more than 1 payment processor, don't say again Paypal only !!!

PayPal became popular due to eBay and most of the other online vendors too use it only as most of the vendors are from developed countries like USA, countries of Europe and PayPal is well equipped well with those countries and with seller's from those country and hence it's popular.

One vote in DP makes nothing to Paypal!!
And in the end, it is your wish to drag or drop paypal! And its other wish to use paypal for selling stuffs! And it is no ones' sin that a person who allows only paypal payments and a person from a No Paypal country meet!!

Why should we all stop using Pay Pal just because you don't like them? If you don't like them, or can't get access in your country then use a service in your own country.
    What's the problem?

you said (use a service in your own country),
yes I'm using other payment processors like, Alertpay and Liberty Reserve and MoneyBookers and WebMoney and PerfectMoney.
but that is not the problem, the problem is that I know people that wants to give me money, and they say Paypal only.

That is a problem, and that sucks. I would guess that the people that feel most comfortable using Pay Pal are from outside your country..possibly even American?
Then you need to find a way to accept payments. If you want to target customers world wide, you need to do business professionally and the burden is on you, not your clients.

I am sure plenty of businesses in your country do business outside of the country without a problem.

Maybe you just need to look outside of free services and start looking into merchant services where you can offer your clients a certain level of protection.

It depends on where customer is located. Some customers and vendors prefer using only PayPal to process payments or to send money and not to use any other payment processor. Others may prefer to use the latteral payment processors mentioned because they're more convenient for them to use because they ofter the use of their services in that person's country or region. Some countries/regions are banned from using PayPal services to receive and/or send money because of the high risk associate with those countries or regions. No PayPal isn't the only payment processor, but it all boils down to convenience and which payment processor somebody prefers to use.
