I am working for a client (who has good iTrader in DP) for a long time... My PayPal address and my working email address is different, by mistake my client sends money to my "working email address" (not in my "original PayPal email address")... I have registered a PayPal account with the "working email address" and I saw the money is reflected in my account... But as I don't use this PayPal account I refund the money and ask my client to send it to my "original PayPal email address"... The client sends me the money ($250) on 17th September and I refunded the money on the same date (17th September), but till now (today is 19th September) my client says he has not got back his money... The refund took less than one min as far as I know, I have refunded money before and it shows to the others account immediately... Then what is happening now? Why it takes more than 2 days? I have shoot PayPal an email and also send my client all the screenshots of my PayPal address... Let see what happen?
Add your working email to your paypal account you will get money to your paypal account if they send it to your working email
OP having both different paypal accounts (one with working email address and another one with regular email address) if i am not mistaken. But OP don't want to receive money on working email address one paypal account. DON.
If your client paid with credit card attached in his/her paypal account, funds will not reflect in account balance of your client a/c. Funds are added to a/c balance only when the amount will be paid using paypal balance. Ask you client to check his/her creditcard/bank a/c after 7 days
Well.. I think PayPal only accept one email ID per account if i am not mistaken. Correct me if i am wrong.
You are wrong there. Paypal accept 8 email addresses in one paypal account though one can add one email address in any one paypal account (not twice). DON.
if your client paid by credit card or debit card, the refunded money will only be credited back either to his credit/debit card, NOT in the paypal account. It takes 3-5 days to show up in the card statement or perhaps the bank account.
