Hi there,i urgently need to pay one of my designers and i was wondering,if i open a unverified paypal account right now (no debit or credit card added) could i pay him straight away? Because my mate said he has a unverified account and when he was going to pay,paypal told him to add a debit or credit card before paying.Can anyone pleas clear this?Thanks.
How are you going to add funds to the account if you don't already have them in a Pay Pal account, and you don't want to verify it with a CC or Debit card? Just have your associate send you an invoice or payment request and pay for it with a regular Credit or Debit card. You don't have to have a Pay Pal account to pay a Pay Pal invoice.
I think you can use paypal without having to sign up, have him make a payment button you can click and pay without signing up...
He will need to have at least a credit card to do such payment and if he had one... I guess he would not have hesitated to attach it to Paypal to make it a verified account. Regards, RightMan
Well of course he needs a card, but you're right, I don't why he wouldn't attach it to his account, its not like he can send cash through the computer screen...
