You got to be kidding me. I am Premium user and have been trying over a month to get someone to help set up my account settings so I could get paid. So far not a single reply to my queries. meanwhile my account keeps accumulating money. Maybe someone here could help. I set up the account so I could be paid my paypal, But each time I move out of the settings page, the checkmark against Paypal in the Affiliate Information disappears. What am I doing wrong. Also what do I put down in the space after "Payment Number". It is blank as of now. Help would be most welcome. And another thing, lately my uploads will get the 100% completion but then never make it to folder. Sometimes it never make it pass the 70% mark and then stops. Any help on this will be most welcome. Thanks

Copy/paste your PayPal login here. This would be an email address. Not your password.

Not sure but perhaps you have not entered your current Filesonic password at bottom of page. This is necessary to make any changes to this page.

Not sure about web/upload interface but using ftp.filesonic.com with a client utility like Filezilla is working for most. See Tools/FTP on home page.

Thanks for the response. The Affiliate Information portion is now ok. It didn't disappear when I left the page. Now I am going to try to see how this ftp stuff works for me. Wish me luck.

Do you have logs of this error message ?

 

We can give you a md5sum of the files if you want. This is the fingerprint of the file so it should allow you to confirm the integrity of the file...
