Remote upload is not working for me...I've been trying to remote upload a relatively small file (<10 MB) just for testing purposes but it has been "processing" for at least half an hour...is anyone else having any issues with RU?

 

i too had this problem.. after 10min.. i reuploaded the file.. now working..

 

remote upload is very slow nowadays. i usually put 5 files (100-200MB) at a time and it gets uploaded in hotfile within 5-10min and it takes 30-45min or sometimes even more to get them uploaded in fileserve!

 

I agree with MaX.. nowadays the remote upload is really slow...

 

some servers are slow, some are really fast... but its pretty much dependable unlike MU's file fetch lol.

Btw with a prem fileserve acc, will RL be able to download the file? Or did fileserve change its security settings...

Remote upload should be quick enough. I don't see a big queue in it on my end. I may have to try it out - Anyone willing to borrow their account details so I can test it out once in a while?

@above - get a rapidleech account - or a VPS - download then upload - remote uploading like you're saying looks like you are sharing the account to the origional host. and imo it's cheating when it comes to uploading, you're not putting in full effort like the origional uploaders.

It looks a good service but I'm not able to fetch files from FS to FS. Is there a way to do so?

Umm.. any? As long as it's direct http link. But only sites that do block I'm aware of is hotfile, maybe rapidshare, don't use them, don't care.
