I have not gave the money.
filesonic show the money was payout, but my paypal account does not show the payments

 

1 WEEK TO FIX RU!!!!!! I cant believe, and thats the only way you can do that??? I dont understand, other sites got almost same problems and they fix it max one or two days, why you are doing this?? Dont you even think all the people you are losing?? Im trying hard to stay with you but every week is like monday perfect, tuesday perfect, wednesday new bug, thrusday new bug, friday new bug, saturday bug fix announce, and sunday bug fixed and over and over again, please i still thinking this is a serious site so dont keep dissapointing me every week please

You should not use s6 directly, please refer to ftp.filesonic.com.

I'll restart the processing of these files manually, but s6 ftp server was replaced by dedicated ftp server and the server will be stopped on monday.

As you already know, we are working on it We hope on the next week being able to get same kind of result then we had on FTP for this week.

I can tell you that, for sure it will not be online until monday, but make sure that RU is our priority #1, since we now have a working version of the FTP.

Yes, that's exactly what our new FTP is.. FTP dedicated upload server that transfer files on the best storage server after.. We are looking to do the same thing wifh RU.

 

Ash other support guys said, it can be fixed on monday, or on friday.. For sure changes will be done on monday, but we will take the time to test it really carefuly before drinking on a beer on the RU

 

Probably "Fraud detection" suspend your payment, but by having a small discussoin with Hish, you'll get this money (if it was earned without fraud).
