    My blog page ranked has improved from N/A status to 0-10. So now what should be my next step to get rank for my blog.

    Stop wasting your time by worrying about PageRank and start to think about adding more quality content on your blog instead of all the junk that's on it now. That's the best way to get PageRank.

    0 is normal for new site. you start to work up toward 2-3 to start getting any descent natural traffic unless you plan buying it

    I think you might have missed Google's last PR update then
    Work on improving the number of backlinks you have to your site, and hopefully by the next PR update, you will have achieved something :)
