    Hello,

I want to send the account details to one of my customer (hosting account) but i am not able to send him, the browser stuck in between of sending the message and I got an firefox error (where everything in DP works fine, creating this thread aswell) when I go to Sent Items, i see the message has been sent with only one-two lines.

Like if i am sending, Here is your account details..
In sent items i can see, Here is (only).

Is it only me facing this? and yes, my inbox/outbox is not full.

    Please help!

    - Imran

I tried to send a PM to me, just to check if it works or not, but no. I am using Firefox 3.6.9 and the browser stuck in between, I tried to refresh and then press the send button again, but no luck. "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading".

Have you tried a different browser to see if it's something specific in your Firefox?

Just tried to send via Internet Explorer, but again the browser stuck in between the sending message, whereas everything works charm, posting replies, threads etc. I got "The page cannot be displayed" in IE. Facing this problem since 4-5 hours now :( Please help.

Is anyone else seeing the issue? Kind of hard to fix if it's not something we can replicate...

I tried again after restart my network device, nothing worked. I can even capture the screen shots, the thing which i just notice that when i try to send PM which is about 1 or 2 lines in characters, it works. But when i tried to send brief details, maybe more than 10-20 lines, it got stuck and nothing work even i try to refresh the page.

EDIT : Just tried with Google Chrome, nothing worked, tried with 3 browsers till now, Firefox, IE, Chrome..thrice of them stuck in between sending message, can provide the screen shot, but i am just not able to diagnose the issue, it's kinda weird :s

Error which I got in chrome is :

Did you remove the PM ID or is that exactly what was shown?

    Works fine for me.

It's got to be local... Have you tried on another computer, such as a friends?
