Should a keyword only be optimized on one page of my site?

I have a site with 16 regular pages (plus blog posts). I have selected 8-10 keywords. Should the keywords be placed on only one page or multiple pages?

i.e. "denver window tinting" is one of my keywords. Should it be optimized on only one page or on a few pages throughout my site?

    Thank you!

    Tim

Just optimise it for one page in the title, description, h1,h2,etc etc
Then link back from other pages with the same anchor text

You mean as links to the other pages in the footer then Yes thats good practice.

if its your main money page then also get the anchor link in the post itself back to the main page

I would optimise each page/post for only one keyword each, so have the target keywords spread out. that way each page is more relevant to google

A good idea is to use a footer throughout your site with the keywords in the anchor text linking to specific landing pages.
    ie. Airline tickets = airline.html, discount hotels = hotels.html
using the keyword in the page extension also helps with ranking.
