How to promote a Blog

I have a funny blog it's just 14 days old but i need some tips on promoting it .
The blog is the one in my sign .
Any special tips besides those known and used for any site .

I submited to some blog directorys and olso webdirectorys and still doing this and olso an article webdirectorys

I always submit any of my new blog here and firstly get nice backlinks and by feeds a small anount of traffic

Actually when u ping or submit to RSS sites, people searching for any keyword would get your latest post to read in SE's if the post has the same keywords and u get a small amount of traffic in that way.

 

Did you do everything to SEO your blog? If not, do that (perma links, etc.)

 

Register at Feedburner.com, and select all their promotion options. That will submit your blog feed to multiple syndication services without you having to do anything extra.

Also, go to User Cp>Options on this forum and enter your blog feed.

Well first of all you will want a little more content than you have. Write a little more for each post. They could go supplemental if it looks contentless.

The link mypalsonline gave looks like it gots some good info for beginners. Look at that. Again content is king so write alot more content or expect google to put you on the back burner

1) Click the link in my signature

2) Write unique, informational blog articles and people will link to you

3) Visit other blogs, and leave comments - not spam - good replies and you will find people visiting your blog from your comment(s) and people will also link to you.

The blogging world is very incestuous, make friend with other bloggers and leave a lot of comments. Remember that your target audience is people who read blogs.

As for the content how much can i write when my blog is clearly about funny videos or videos in special plus jokes and pictures .
