I am from India but adsense account is approved in US on my brother's name who is US resident alien.

Please tell me if i have to pay tax on my adsense earning ?

    My earning is about $700-$900/month

    I am waiting for response.

    Regards, Super M

No you don't have to...... since adsense is already paying that on your behalf. and deducting that same amount before sending you the payment.

Opsss didn't seen that part my bad..... ok let me know how u are planning to get that refund( cheque is not possible for you). and if you are doing any short of wire transfer/online account then you got to give the source of income and it will be applicable for tax also. You got to pay tax for that.

don't think so since his account is of u.s. So adsense will be paying tax as US rule. But when he will transfer his fund back to Indian bank, then he got to pay Tax as per Indian gov. rule.
