Filefactory Pays

Tried it, but they removed my balance and i havent received my payment :// I had 40$

 

Please explain the thing in clear manner..

 

It works fine over here..Though it says FAILED kindly look into the filemanager the file might get downloaded and got splited at your choice.But sometime it might give download failed as an error message.It's a bug which will be fixed in due course...

 

Is there anyway to bypass the rar? I dont want to rar files which are less than 2 gigs for torrent uploading. I think it will improve the speed of torrent upload. letitbit/extabit all the host actually do not rar files that are got from torrent.

 

I'm still waiting an explanation of why my payment was declined 2 weeks ago!!

What does the 95.34 earnings represent? The 70.36 balance? How come the earnings hasnt been put on my balance?

I understand the weekly earnings (DL/Sales) and Weekly Earnings (total) as explained before

32.53 + 57.86 = 90.40

But what about the other two?

Today after the 6:00'ISH update he earnings on top lowered to 83.45$ and balanced remain 70.36??????????????

Also Today 15th I have a total of 3 sales (11.17) + a couple of downlaods to a total off 18.74 but weekly earnings (total) only went to 96.60USD???

Shouldn't have it add up from 90.40 + 18.74 = 109.14?

why premium account only have 2000GB storage ? i think it's not enough to upload . while fileserve is unlimit

 

Earnings are calculated off the amounts deposited in the last 7 days. Look at the Transaction History panel and they'll add up. The earnings are a combination of both systems, and they are in arrears by one day (because deposits are made at midnight, whereas the stats update hourly, thus they show the current day).

In other words - the top info bar "earnings" represents the last 7 days worth of deposits into their accounts which is a combination of rewards earned with both the new & old system. The Balance is the amount that they are currently able to request for withdrawal or redeem for tokens. The stats are updated quicker and show the old and new system separately, because of that they won't equal the earnings in the top bar because the top bar's earnings total is always a day behind. Refer to the deposits in the Transaction History panel to see the actual amount earned each day.

 

Can you also let that guy know that the FTP server was full - it only allows 50 users to connect at once. That limit has now been raised to 100.
