After you press Transfer to Payout you'll go into Pending - Like normal. THEN when approved your money will go into "Account Payable". At this point you can choose to press Payout button and you will be submitted for the next Payment Cycle (Mon-Weds) OR you can also redeem your earnings into a membership. Either one is your choice

 

Thanks for the explanation Ricky, but I would like to know how many days/hours takes the approval of the new process, I mean, if I request the Transfer to Payout on Sunday I'll receive the approval and transfer the same day so I can request the payout as always to receive the payment the next day (Monday-Wednesday)?

Thanks for the answer. May i ask why did you change it to this method? Why cant the money be collected in the Account Payable and then i can decide if i wanna get it to my PP or redeem it. Why is the pre approval process?

From many ip can I using a premium account? I mean, i have VPS, so i wanna download on VPS and at home sometimes, my account will be not blocked?

 

Is remote upload slow for anyone else? normally takes 5-10mins but been waiting 2 hours now for a 100meg file

Well well, just tested Fileserve out of curiosity and switched my old links to Fileserve and I was noticing a huge difference in my downloads. Actually I got only have the downloads for the files that I got with Filesonic...Was wondering why and found out the reason pretty fast. Fileserve doesn't count the downloads for Firefox. Just try it. Log out of your account, relog to your Internet and download with Firefox, then out again and then try downloading with Opera and so on. You will notice that your downloads will be count for Opera, IE and the like but not for Firefox. Still looking through the Page source and scripts to find out if it is on purpose or not but it's quite funny that Firefox has so many major flaws...Page takes often more then 20 seconds to load, while the IE and Opera doesn't even take a second to load. And you have to keep in mind that the Firefox is now the major browser being used since last year. And hey sorry but I just can't imagine that a huge site like Fileserve which has an estimated worth of $53.13 million and a daily userbase of 4332000(Websiteworthchecker.com) is making such a huge mistake. I have quite some experience when it comes to Xhtml/Html, Java/PHP Ajax, MYSQL and so on so I know it would be easily doable...well not "easily" but more then doable. If it should be due to mistake it's even more laughable because there are so many ways to test it with programs like IEtester and Xampp and the like so even a private guy could test things like that. Well Fileserve was the first and the last day for me going back to the competition. Good luck you guys out there doing advertising for Fileserve but at the moment they just pickpocking you. Maybe I can actually find the proof myself just a bit lazy at the moment.

@ jobo: Because with this method, people can choose to redeem or pay. We still auto-approve and we believe that by auditing the payouts still, we won't have anyone doing a little cheat to upgrade their accounts to Premium. We've learned that strict auditing is necessary when payouts are as such.

@ Ech3lon: Your estimates are pretty much useless. Those people who do estimates doesn't take into consideration what users are visiting the site.
To your assumption about us not counting for Firefox users. We do - Our servers don't care who or what connects to it. It doesn't go "Ah, it's a firefox user let's not count it". Don't know how you came to that conclusion. It would mean that every accelerator/download manager out there wouldn't be counted either.

How are we pickpocking users? That's nonsense. We would be pickpocketing they weren't making the most out of us. There's a reason to our popularity and that's users who discovers that our earnings system is legit and they "suddenly" started to make 2-3x more than our competitors even though we're half the size of them.

 

Ricky I have conflicting stats...

In my stats report, the total I have gotten is 23.92 but the download earnings I see in the my earnings page is 26.85...

I have a site earning of 0.5 but that isn't included and I dont have any referral earnings...

Which one is my 'real' earnings?

 

That's because it isn't updated until 00:00AM EST.

Your "real earnings" are both of those. In the My earnings and the payable tab

I've been away for 2 months, and I see fileserve just keep getting better and better

I got my payments in that period of time too, awesome

and that conflicting stats, is not actually conflicting

the one in the payout page (partner-claim) is the earning ready to be payed out (till 00 AM) in the previous day

The other stats is the earning above + today's earnings

I see fileserve is updating their payment method, I hope it's successful

 

if u regular real users are wondering why the payouts and the whole system is shady its bc there a SCAM..
there whole service and scam has been thorougly explained here..

Btw does anybody have probs displaying the 'My Files' in Firefox?

When I click on it, I see the folders but when I click on the folders that I have, they are empty

But this doesn't happen in IE - the files are there...

Am I the only one experiencing this prob?

Then I suggest you report me. Go to the admin and tell them to check my ip. Even with their multiple users detector with VBulletin I guess I just happen to slip by? Seriously dude get a life.
