    their trillion users only at any given time is what google is looking for with their PPC network..

    Ive heard premium publishers can even remove "ads by Google" ? .. Imagine!

    Its waste of time doing anything.
    They are premium publishers because they have 10lac+ Impressions / month and they get some customised ad formats.
    You cannot do anything :)
