Take my advice and forget keyword density. obviously you need to be dropping your keywords into your content but focus on writing for humans not search engines. Agonising about the keyword density everytime you add content is a waste of your time. It would be far better to just write good content for humans and spend your time throwing links with anchor text to those pages.
