youtube is registred trademark of Google. they can take the domain down whenever they like.

 

It's certainly trademark infringement and the owning the domain subjects you to having the domain taken in a UDRP and/or lawsuit filed against the owner for damages. Not worth anything - actually negative due to the legal risk.

I would drop the domain name and get a new one that doesn't contain a trademark. I would also immediately remove adsense from the site as it is in violation of their TOS (do not register domains with one of our trademarks in them) and will get your account banned as soon as they discover it.

 

there are tons of domains out there containing youtube in their name but never got suspended, youtube is trademark but im not using youtube.com, its youtube247, and script is nulled, i think better if i change domain, can you pls slao send me link where it says youtube is trademark and you can't use website under trademark, thankd.

 

YouTube is owned by Google. Adding words or numbers does not get around trademark infringement.
