I bought a website from nirav5300 / Nirav Patel on Friday and paid via paypal. Ever since then I have been trying to contact him to transfer the domain and email me the files but he has ignored every attempt I have made to contact him. I have sent him pms, emails and waited and waited for him to reply on msn messenger. I don't have the time to waste to keep trying to find him and I think he is just trying to scam me so I decided to submit a claim on paypal: And I said: Buyer: After 3 days of trying to make contact with you, I have still not received the website (www.kismathost.com). You ignore my messages, and when your are online on im you ignore me. I think you are just trying to scam me. To which he had the pure cheek and audacity to reply: Seller: I have allready sended domain to his account..!! I even gave him the template and now after taking all things , he is pretending that he has not got anyting. So i would like to end this case via paypal. Thanks. What a little liar, this infuriates me as I have not received anything at all. To the mods: please could I have his ip address. To nirav5300/ Nirav Patel: You must be a poverty ridden little scrote, trying to steal $30. I will carry on trying to chase you no matter how much you lie, out of principle. i strongly urge no one else to deal with this povo, you will have the same aweful experience I have had.
That is a blatant lie and not proof at all! That is obviously an old email, why would you hide the time and date?! You have not transferred the domain at all otherwise the Updated Date would not be 21-jul-2010 on whois : http://www.whois.net/whois/kismathost.com Send me back my money and I will end the paypal claim, I just want what is mine now. are you idiot?? If the date is on the same day , only time is displayed.. see time 6:40 am and i will PM the mod with screen with date..!! Is the whois showing my name ?? its just the nameserver which you are showing.!!
Updated Date: 21-jul-2010 Code (markup): I guess it explains everything including the fact that the domain still haven't been transferred.
@curvehost If you are sure that nirav is scamming you then i suggest you to drop a negative itrade on him
Case closed. Paypal refunded my payment. I warn everyone to stay clear of this lying thief. Also, I would urge the mods to ban him from the forums, because I am sure he will try it again.
@Digital_shubi , i realise that I am a new member but I have bought/sold several things on these boards without any problems. I have two negative iTrader's from a click happy user that I have asked to be removed. Also, if he did sell me www.kismathost.com why did the domain updated date and nameservers never change? I am not a liar and paypal obviously agreed that he was a lying little shit.
