Google doesn't go around announcing when the next PR update is. Just occasionally check your PR and eventually you'll notice it's changed. And unless you're running some sort of a site for people to post their links (or if you're just looking to sell link space) then you don't really need to worry about PR. Unless it's actually some sort of selling point for your business, it's totally worthless considering it has no effect on your SEO. I have, however, heard many people expecting an update this month. We'll just have to wait and see.
We all know that Google normally updates PageRank(PR) 4 times in a year. If that has to be followed the next PR update would be in the mid of October. Because the last PR update to some of our sites and clients sites occurred between 30 June – 1st week of July. Of course the update had happened round the web. However, lets all better focus on keyword ranking than on PR because that is the final deal on search engines!
I am totally agree with mitashseo views that Google updates page rank 4 times in a year...In previous months, Google did not update page rank of websites..I am sure it will update in mid of october months....
Google generally updates PR in every 3-4 months.Last PR update was occurred 2months ago. So hoping for next update by 1-2months.
Blah Blah, the annoying thing about these threads is that the newbies do not follow what the thread is saying, they just put an opinion despite the fact the previous person has said something totally different. I have heard PR has been updated today from a number of sources but I havent seen any change in my 20+ websites which have a ton of backlinks, so I doubt it has unless its slow getting round
