    I never used vBulletin and now I like to try it... can I do forum in vBulletin without strong programing?...

    vBulletin is easy to manage. Most of modifications are easy to install and use. :)

    vBulletin is indeed very easy to use.
    The modifications can be installed with just a couple of mouse clicks, you don't have to edit any files.

    If you think that vBulletin is to expensive, SMF works pretty good too and also has simple installations of mods.

    I started my first forum with vBulletin. It is a very simple software to customize and edit. Once you get the hang of it, you will be able to learn quite a ton with the software.

    Yes, you can use vBulletin Impex to convert your phpBB database to vBulletin.
