    Please help me.

I found a website that actually tried to spam my forum that is infringing my copyright as well as plagiarizing my content on their website. They actually copied & pasted content from my website to their website, and is infringing my copyright by offering a unique service that I offer as well.

How do I take action & what do I do exactly to get this site shut down?
Ugh! I contacted the host which is GoDaddy & they hung up on me. I don't know what to do!

Start by posting some links so we know what is going on. You have to file a DMCA I would imagine.

How does someone copy a service? I'm not sure you can protect against someone offering your same service unless it involves some proprietary process.

I do not see where he mentions a service. he mentions someone is taking his content., if the other guys
keeps moving around, I do not see much he can do about it, and if he finds a host that does not care
about DMCA threats, then he will be out of luck.

I quoted it so it should not have been hard to find, but I will make it bold and red just for you. :)

we need some more details before we can help. Like the URL of the infringing content, for example.

Are you suffering losses by means of copied content or plagiarism? if yes, then you will need to contact a lawyer for advice.
If not, you can ignore the issue. i mean seen my content copied in many places and not once i cared about it. Its just my way, i may be wrong.
