DP Members who don't bother reading requirements, understanding the task, delivering and just take upon the task based on the wage I will provide. I therefore believe it is time to hire a recruiter/project manager with the following responsibilities: 1. Recruit a matching profile according to the task at hand from DP or another website 2. Assign the task to the person and ensure progress by requiring status updates 3. Review deliveries (based on my original requirements) and if fulfilled then pass on to me. Since most people never get past 1&2 that would save me a lot of time. It is NOT acceptable to hire from your own team (if you have a team). I will require proof of a neutral hiring process, otherwise if your team members don't deliver, then you've wasted my time. The wage for this person will be 25% of the task's value. I suggest you search through my post history here to see what kind of tasks I require and how often. If you believe you can do this, then post some information about yourself (gender, age, location), your past experience with this kind of job, etc. If you PM me you are wasting your time, because I specifically asked not to PM me. If I find you interesting i'll contact you. I currently have 2 tasks pending, where one has been estimated to $100 and the other has not been estimated yet.
