call the police and say he got drugs and weapons of mass destruction in his house give them the address and thats payback enough lol
Sorry to hear , paypal is not a really good place for sellers unless you have some shipping proof. my recommendation is first call to paypal and tell them it was a digital product and in future if you deal with big amount this what i do, if i develop a site/script i get client's address and ship it to him a copy of project in cd, and on shipment i get there sign. so this way i am more then safe even dealing with digital products. or else must have some type of invoice to show them. i have lost once some good amount so i know how you feel but i dont think paypal will much help you in this but try once and be careful next time. Regards
You see all these legal issues are long pathetic and time consuming and in this case where there were no contracts and the payment processor was paypal you won't have any fast decisions.Believe me.Paypal is getting worse day by day and i think that in the coming years moneybookers will take on the throne from paypal
I doubt it. No matter how wrong they do to sellers. But Paypal will ever grow due to their trust with buyers. Buyer will always like to see a paypal logo rather than moneybookers if he has only a CC and not any account in paypal or Moneybookers.
I say this because i hear such cases less on moneybookers rather than paypal.Paypal is much popular than moneybookers but i always prefer moneybookers
