I need a new site redesigned for http://bit.ly/c7cEvU 1. All of the links need to stay except for Press Releases needs to be changed to Blog. 2. Design only a home page. 3. Deliver Layered PSD file, no coding. 4. Width 980px 5. Match colors from the logo, but you are not limited to those colors. Grays would probably work well with this site. 6. Logo PSD file can be found at http://www.kadesmith.com/images/nrwcslogo.zip 7. I prefer designs posted in thread, but if you really feel like you need to keep yours a secret you can PM, I'm just slower about giving PM responses. 8. I'd like to end this contest middle of next week (About 5 days) 9. If you use any image files, please make sure they from a site like iStockPhoto so we can get the rights to use them. Client wants a professional / educational feel to the site. Final payment will be via PayPal $200. Please let me know if you have any questions and if I forgot anything.

chemicalinck: The overall design is ok. I've never been a fan of clouds on a website. Also, this is a US targetted website so the images don't really fit. Herod: Nice design. I feel like it could be spruced up a bit. I don't like the blue font for main content. Todd: (I told you I was slower to respond on the PM, they take more effort and time for me to view, sorry). Overall it's a nice design. I don't know that the dark black and orange nav bar really fits in well though.
Thanks for the feedback. I have made another design. The images can be changed if a final design is selected. These are just rudder images to make the site look more lively. In this new version of the design i have made the footer go in the content area because i did not want the site to look too empty. And again all images can be changed. Click Here for sample

This one definately has some potential. adwait: That big yellow paper does not match the site at all, and I really don't like that big enroll button in the middle. Doesn't fit well. Todd: Again I don't relaly feel like that black and orange fit this site. I also don't like the triangle things pointing down on the wording. The overall layout is so so. Yugo: Just curious how you ended up with an old logo file? I really do like your overall design and layout concept, not so much some of the pictures used, but that could be dealt with.
Is it possible to provide a bit more depth as to what i need to add or subtract in order for me to provide you with the optimum design?
