Reluctantly looking to sell this fab London 2012 autoblog.

I bought this domain just after the 2008 Olympic games and have held it since then, I had big ideas for it but unfortunately I just don't have the time anymore - I've got a one year old you see.
The site currently gets between 250 - 500 unique visitors a day with the majority coming from Google. The site is currently ranking #3 in Google for London 2012 olympics and continues to hold fantastic rankings for many other great keyword phrases.

This site is a proper autoblog and you really don't need to do anything with it, currently their are 2,453 posts and 357 pages. I have manually added many countries and all the likely events.

If you have any questions, please contact me

Below are adsense stats for last month. Not fantastic I know but I have never managed to get adsense working well.
I did think about becoming a ticket reseller and also making money from tourism, hotels etc.

Your price is $1K and your monthly income is $9? You must be kidding...

No, my reserve is $250 and I think that is more than reasonable for the time gone into the site along with the premium page 1 rankings it holds and current search engine traffic.
    $1k is the BIN price.

Usually, a website is sold about 12-15 months revenue which is 15 x $9 = $135 for your website. And $1000 is too much for a $135 website. If you ask me, i would pull it down to $200. It would be then a reasonable price. Think about changing reserve and bin prices.

    Have a good trade.

I agree with him. Plus, this niche will be saturated after 2012. Perhaps down your BIN.
