I have a dynamic IP (Internet disconnects each be assigned a new IP address but from the same pot) can thus understood as a sharing account.
But I have not shared any of these accounts, so I bought two: /

For a few files I wouldn't have a problem, but what when I need more than 500 files to RU. Not immediately of course, but one at a time is not good. If we are supposed to always RU one file at a time, than why is RU not made this way. It could enforce that automatically

ok, MU changed something, but I was write when I told you that you have different server's ip for RU... so could you do something as suggested from me or other users?
I don't want my premium MU banned again and I'd like to continue having a premium account with your file host, but if I can't use RU from MU I have to look for another file host without this problem

 

Either you get RU of 1 file every 1-2 hours or you get 10 files in 10 minutes. I know which one I would choose when I'm answering emails. We get like one (1) complaint out of a thousand of someone getting banned temporarily. It isn't that frequent, so if we start limiting to 1 file per IP, I honestly think I'd put in my resignation next day, no bull. We keep it this way. Period.

 

Is it possible to remote upload from FileSonic -->to FileServe? Do I need any premium at filesonic???

I feel we can earn more from hotfile-- since they count more for premium downloaders. (FS only 1 per ip per day!)

 

@ claus: Looking into it this coming week.

@ kpic: They never mentioned what will happen i a Premium user downloads more than 1 file from the same user. We made our guidelines loud and clear. If they counted 100 files downloaded by a Premium from a user they'd go bankrupt. Any hosts would.

 

OK, could post any announce of results of remote upload from FileSonic to FileServe I think it's time to leave sonic.

it seems MU start banning your users since few day, first time they ban for 6 hours, then for 12, then 24, 48... and so on... I guess in next days will increase the number of your users complaining about this.

I didn't say you have to limit 1 upload per ip, but assign one of your server (unique ip) to every RU list submitted. So if I submit 20 links they will be remote uploaded from the same server, then if I submit other links they could be uploaded from another server. In this way I know I can submit other links when the previous list has finished and don't risk to be banned from MU

 

Uploading the current way isn't such a big problem for me, but people should be on the look out about this. This might get a bigger problem as time goes by. It isn't that weird that you get a ban when someone (something) is simultaneously downloading files from your premium account with different IPs. FileServe also permanently bans for this, right? Other sites might pick it up and start doing the same. Otherwise your RU works well.

@ casolari: I can tell you that the priority of re-writing the script for RU wouldn't be up there ringing bells. When we have time it will get reviewed again.

@ stan33: We don't ban for remote upload to others.

To earn more with hotfile you have to be at least Platinium... Even if you are gold you earn less with hotfile than with Fileserve and Filesonic... I tested it and it's why I switched to fileserve...
