It can take sometime before Google index website/webpage at times even after having visited your site. 5 visits isn't a lot at all. Your site will most likely be indexed with invalid code though depending on how you coded your site you may be putting up barriers to getting indexed. Having good clean code will usually get your site indexed a little faster.

If the pages are showing up in site command... it simply means they are indexed! :)

If you can find your way around your website easily, as in good crumb links, good navigation, sitemap etc then it shall be easier for Google to index your site. A sitemap onto webmaster tools is good, but in no way guarantees that you'll get indexed faster.

Can you tell me how did you confirm yourself that Google didn't index your website pages even though you found them by using Google site: command feature? Because as said by 'RightMan' you can see the same pages that are indexed by Google just as you see them using site: search feature.

How do you search your pages and do not be shown??

I think the "problem" is the search keys you are using are not indexed or you have bad SEO.

If a page appears when you search "site:yoursite.com" are indexed. So simple

if the show up when using the site: comand then they are indexed. can you tell us how old the site is? Google seems to give more relevance to older sites.

Just focus on quality content and building links through social networks / forums / articles, you will get indexed eventually. As long as your site plays by Google's rules.

If You have a crawling problem on your website. This may cause orphaned pages as above, or crawl problems like spider traps may be stopping Googlebot getting to the important parts of your site, which might cause pages to remain un-crawled that should otherwise be. To check for this, the best place to look at in Webmaster Tools is the Crawl Stats page – if there are huge peaks lasting just one day, or a number of pages listed as a “high” that very exceeds
